The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Sebastian and Jomer, who went above and beyond to enhance our family's stay. Clean and spacious rooms rounded out an enjoyable experience, making us eager to return.

Request an alternative for the hot tub, as the bubbles in the pool may not offer what you expect for relaxation.

central miraflores stay with easy access to parks and attractions

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the nice distance to both the Park of Love and the stunning views along the Miraflores Boardwalk, which made my daily strolls a joy. plus, the staff were friendly and quickly accommodated my early check-in request, allowing me to rest after a long trip.

I loved the delicious breakfast options and the prompt service when I asked for extra towels. My room was spacious, but it did have a slight discrepancy compared to the online photos. I would definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at the archaeological citadel of Pachacamac, learning about the ancient cultures while the kids enjoyed the open space. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Jomer and Sebastian, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four.

In my wife’s opinion, adding more variety to the breakfast options for kids would be great.

Every meal was fantastic, particularly the Lomito Saltado. The staff at the restaurant made each meal a delight, making us feel like valued guests.

Staying there for 4 nights was mostly great! The room was large and clean, with a nice view. I loved that the staff was friendly—like the restaurant team which was super attentive. The AC was a bit loud, but you get used to it. Overall, no major complaints about the room itself.

I appreciated the hotel's elegant decor, which was both modern and inviting. The common areas were easily accessible, making it comfortable for someone like me to navigate around during my stay. The staff also treated me exceptionally well.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the indoor pool and the sauna, which were both fantastic for unwinding after a long day. The room was clean and had a super comfy bed, though the decor felt a bit outdated and could use a refresh. Definitely grab some breakfast at the buffet, it was solid and got us ready for the day! 😊

Diving into the culinary scene at Crowne Plaza was a delight! The Lomito Saltado had a killer presentation, with fries that would make any Peruvian proud. The Sopa Criolla? A warm embrace in a bowl. The location is also a jackpot, right in the heart of Miraflores, making it easy to explore local eats like La Lucha Sangucheria just a few steps away.

However, they need to step up their breakfast game. The bread and jam felt basic, and the coffee could use a serious upgrade—how about some fancy Peruvian espresso? Also, the dining service could be hit or miss. sometimes you'd get a total gem, and other times, it felt more like a letdown.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. However, the breakfast offerings could be improved for better variety and quality.
